Operations Manager/Manufacturing Engineer
Accounting/Personnel
Ann is responsible for accounting, financial reporting and co-ordinates with the president and the operations manager (father and brother)on cost accounting. She is also personnel director and is responsible for hiring, payroll and benefits administration as well as overseeing the functions of the front office from reception to information flow.
A graduate of Butler Univ. in Indianapolis (go Bulldogs!) with a major in dance and taught ballet for 20 years before coming back to the family business. She enjoys watching dance in any form as well as theater, music and art. She is happiest in the woods hiking, camping and exploring nature. Ann is one of the biggest Bengals fans Who Dey!!
Quality Assurance Manager/Manufacturing Process Engineer
Bruce is responsible for continuous quality improvement efforts and procedures. He interfaces directly with the customers and vendors to ensure product quality. Heads the internal process auditing and ISO implementation and IPC 610-A Standards Application. He also handles the programming for the automation equipment and design for manufacturing consulting.
In his free time, he enjoys antique restoration, custom jewelry design and fabrication as well as light sculpture design and fabrication. He has also been seen bowling and playing Frisbee golf.

Scheduling Manager
Reviews all incoming purchase orders to efficiently schedule production and maintain inventory levels and arrange ship dates. Coordinates with purchasing to ensure all material needed arrives in a timely manner
Material Control
Engineering Test Supervisor
Works with test technicians to ensure products are thoroughly tested and repair and troubleshoot PCB's as needed. His team works closely with the production and engineering to ensure the quality and function of all products meets or exceeds the customer’s standards.
